cc africa goes global
If you’ve read guzogal’s post on our Kenyan safari, then you know that the guzos are big fans of the CC Africa company. Well, over the last year (while we were busy working on our family expansion project), CC went global and not surprisingly changed their name to &Beyond. With four lodges now in India and plans for lodges in four countries in South America in 2010, it will be hard to turn down the charms of this forward-thinking company.
Why are we such big fans? Undeniably exotic locations combined with local community empowerment and a commitment to conservation. By keeping each of their 46 lodges small and employing locals who take great pride in sharing their worlds, &Beyond is able to preserve over 2 million acres of pristine nature while at the same time providing visitors with unforgettable experiences.
Check them out.
